                              RESOLUTION NO. 21357
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                 PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE SUMMIT LANDFILL FROM
                 NEWCOMB SPRINGS OF TENNESSEE FOR A TOTAL
                 CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND, FIVE
                 HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($22,525.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of property adjacent to the Summit Landfill, more
       particularly described in the legal description attached hereto
       and made a part hereof by reference, from Newcomb Springs of
       Tennessee for a total consideration of $22,525.00.
